If you are a member of the academic or managerial staff, an emeritus professor or a postgraduate student, you may loan any item except for journals, short reference books (encyclopedias, dictionaries, bibliographies etc.), special collection books or copies of works. All DVD-videos, cd-roms can only be loaned for a day, and strictly for educational purposes.

If you’re a student, you may borrow all books of theoretical content books (containing little to no images). You may not borrow books that are illustrated or journals, short reference books (encyclopedias, dictionaries, bibliographies etc.), special collection books or copies of works and audiovisual material.

Academic Staff Maximum Number of Books: 20, Loaning Period (in weeks): 4.

Emeritus professors Maximum Number of Books: 5, Loaning Period (in weeks): 4.

Managerial Staff Maximum Number of Books: 5, Loaning Period (in weeks): 4.

Post-Graduate students Maximum Number of Books: 5, Loaning Period (in weeks): 2.

Students Maximum Number of Books: 5, Loaning Period (in weeks): 2
